  • Open Install unknown apps
  • Select your browser (Chrome / Samsung Internet)
  • Enable Allow from this source
  • Go back and tap Install

Play Protect warning: If you see "Blocked by Play Protect":
  • Tap More details
  • Select Install anyway

Done: Open the app and log in to your Gatevia account. You can disable Allow from this source after installation.
Why does the app ask for fingerprint or phone PIN?

Gatevia is a financial application. For security reasons, the app uses your device’s built-in biometric protection (Fingerprint / Face ID / Phone PIN) to protect access to your account.

This verification is handled directly by Android. Gatevia does NOT store your fingerprint, PIN, or biometric data. It only confirms that you are the authorized device owner.
